What kinds of cookies does TQHQ use?

TQHQ uses cookies when you arrive on Site and while you use the Site. 

Following Cookies are used on the Site:

• Session cookies: While you use TQHQ, session cookies carry information across pages and various modules, thus helping you use the features of TQHQ accurately. When you leave TQHQ or close your browser, these cookies are deleted automatically.
• Persistent cookies: These Cookies carry information which allows us to recognise you, remember your preferences when you visit Site. This is done so that you don’t have to re-enter the information every time. These cookies are stored permanently in your hard drive.

 

The ‘Remember Username’ option on the sign in page is the only persistent cookie we use

 

How do we use them?

We use cookies and other technologies, namely, Web Beacons, Flash Cookies which allow us to recognize you, customize your experience, and serve content, offers, features, information, messages, advertisements etc., on and off TQHQ. • Cookies will never store passwords, even in encrypted forms; every session should be authenticated by inputting a valid password by user;
• Session Cookies will have time-bound expiration and will automatically expire when a session is closed.
• The only “Persistent cookie” exception to this rule is “remember me” function which will store only the User Id after encryption.

 

Use of Third-Party cookie on TQHQ

TQHQ is also working with other reputable companies and partners (Third parties) to enrich our customer experience. Such parties may also use cookies to collect analytical data on the performance of platform and interface to deliver the best possible experience. 

In addition, TQHQ ties up with reputed and trusted affiliates and partners, who provide their services via TQHQ. Web Beacons

TQHQ may also use “Web Beacons” or similar technologies on our Site to enable us to know whether you have visited a web page or received a message. This enable us to know the behavior of the user visiting the webpage or viewing the email. This is often used in combination with cookies. 

Web Beacons do not provide an option to decline. However, TQHQ collects only anonymous and / or aggregate information about users. This technology helps us in measuring effectiveness of our online content, features, advertisements, and other communications. They may also enable us to relate your viewing or receipt of a web page or message to other information about you, including your Personal Data.
