2014

Project ShineOS+ Started
- 2015 - EMR Experts Group was organized by DOH & PhilHealth
  - We became part of the Philippine Health Exchange Project
  - ShineOS ver 1.0 was released
- 2016 - ShineOS ver 2.0 was released with upgraded design and technolgies
  - Primary Care Benefit was included in the EMR
  - BluPHR went into planning and design
2017

The TQHQ was conceptualized.

After the funded project ShineOS was completed, commercialization is the next project.
- Major revisions and new features and functionalites were planned for the new EMR.
- ShineOS+ received PhilHealth certificate for EClaims on April 2017
2018

TQHQ was incorporated on April 25, 2018
- TQHQ received rights from Ateneo de Manila to spin-off ShineOS to a commercial product.
- BluEHR was launched on June 2018 & was offered to the private providers.
- ShineOS+ was relaunched as BluRHU.
2019

BluEHR Customized to a Clinic Management App
- First private clinic to use BluEHR as a clinic management system was Lyf Medical Services on Jan 2019.
- We also continued offering health research and development for various local and international organizations.
2020

BluEHR Gets More Certifications
- BluEHR was certified for Philhealth EClaims on Jan. 2020
  - TQHQ was certified by the NPC on March 2020
- BluEHR version 2.0 was released with new interface and more features
  - Telemedicine
- BluCLN was created for clinic management
